Venice Canoe & Dragon Boat a.s.d. is managed by the Executive Committee, the Administration Manager and the Sports Director.

The Committee
The role of the Committee is to propose and guide the activities of the association.
The President and the Committee members, assisted by other committee members, regularly meet to analyse the state of the association and the realisation of the various projects.
The members that make up the Committee are voted democratically by the association’s members every four years and each of them is entrusted a role within the Committee.
The President is the association’s legal representative, as is the Sports Director.

Administration
The Administration of the association is organised by a Manager, nominated by the Executive Committee and voted by the association members at the association’s Annual General Meeting. The Manager can be a member of the association or a person of trust, and well-known to the members, who is prepared to look after the bureaucracy and to organise and coordinate all the activities of the association.

The Sports Director
The Sports Director organises all the association’s activities.
The Executive Committee chooses a Sports Director from the association members or from a person known and trusted by the club, who has good organising skills and experience in the sporting field. This person is proposed to the members at the Annual General Meeting.
The Sports Director is the association’s legal representative and acts on behalf of the interests of the association.
