Venezia, città sede della nostra Associazione, nei due anni trascorsi nella sfera della pandemia, ha intrapreso un percorso di sostenibilità.
Con il nostro Progetto vogliamo cogliere appieno questo nuovo equilibrio, in particolare con la tutela delle acque, fornendo la possibilità a tutti di conoscere e scoprire la laguna, e Venezia, osservandole dalla prospettiva acquea.
Il Progetto Conoscere Venezia dall’acqua permette di creare un forte legame con l’acqua, come quello che è intrinseco in chi vive in questa particolare città o decide di viverci per lunghi periodi (studenti, lavoratori, ecc.). “Attività motoria all’aria aperta”, con l’utilizzo delle pagaie come mezzo di propulsione, spinta dallo spirito di squadra dell’equipaggio, che rema all’unisono e con la possibilità di navigare e conoscere dalla prospettiva acquea la città di Venezia e la propria laguna: questo è il Progetto Conoscere Venezia dall’acqua.
Saremo ben felici che, oltre a noi, molte altre realtà di attività sportiva, motoria e della voga propongano questa tipologia di offerte sostenibili, affinché la città sia sentita sempre più nostra, dai cittadini, dagli studenti, dai lavoratori, dai turisti, che siano essi veneziani, veneti, italiani o stranieri.

Merry Christmas 2021 from Venice Canoe & Dragon Boat Association
This year we thought we'd send you some original Christmas greetings.
Thanks to our factotum Damiano, we thank all our friends and collaborators with a unique creation: a magnum glass bottle engraved with the names of our members.
A "strong" group, Venice Canoe & Dragon Boat asd, which on Wednesday 15 December 2021 met for a Christmas dinner, thinking over the days of the past year but already planning for 2022 and 2023.
Because everyone is aware that the 2023 World Canoe Championships Auronzo and the 2022 Test Event are neither the end nor the beginning, but are the checkpoints where we can express the maximum of our capacities.
The skills of this group has its roots in the summer of 2007 when Andrea and Maria took part in the first Managers' course with Prof. Franco Ascani. This was reinforced by the experience in the field of Maria, Mattia, Damiano, Niccolò and many others, and by Andrea's studies with a Bachelor and Master’s degree that specialise towards the managerial and sporting aspects of organisations. A group that has been tested, sometimes harshly, with European and World events, in both canoe and dragon boat, and that now plans for the imminent future but already looks ahead, even beyond national borders. Because the organising team of Venice Canoe & Dragon Boat asd has all the credentials to leave a great impression on any European and world sports organisation, not only in canoe and dragon boat, but many other sports.
