All information for the 4th edition of the Venice Dragon Boat Festival is available in the Bulletin 1 and Bulletin 2, both in English (you can download in the"Documents" area on www.venicedragonboat.com ). The Bulletin also includes information for those who have booked the dragon boat for Vogalonga.

General Information

When: 18^th – 19^th May 2018.

Where: Venice Historical Centre, Italy.

Distance: 200 metres.

Heats/Finals:n.2 heats and finals.

Team Categories: Club/Sport – Social/Amateur -  Breast Cancer Survivors.

The number of teams participating in the Festival is limited to 36.  More teams will be accepted at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

Programme

The programme for the Festival is as follows:

18^th May      Afternoon parade along the Grand Canal for dragon boat crews and Opening Ceremony (the first 12 crews who register for the Festival).

19^th May      (1hr before Racing Starts) – Captain’s meeting

1^st round of heats

Lunch break

2^nd round of heats                               

FINALS

Medal Ceremony
